Year-Long Social-Emotional Counseling Preschool Curriculum: Identifying Feelings in Self and Others, Kindness, Perseverance, Self-Regulation, and Other Key Concepts Hardcover – March 17, 2026

This curriculum of 40 lessons was developed by a school adjustment counselor to help counselors address the social-emotional needs of preschool students through weekly whole class lessons. Throughout the course of the year various feelings and coping strategies will be introduced to help students learn to identify their feelings and practice learned strategies for self-regulation. Curriculum is aligned with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) Student Standards. This curriculum lists suggested readings for each month, which goes along with the lessons and topic for the month. Suggested readings are not included.
