- Details: This vintage Des Moines Iowa pennant is very RARE. The majority of these only show the State Capital building, this one includes the Soldiers and Sailors Monument, a very rare find. It has a deep green felt with white lettering, we estimate it to be from the 1940's to early 1950's, based on several points: its construction, the screen printing, the design, it's 3 colors (by the early 50's, more than two colors were starting to be used), plus the font style, all lead us to our estimated date, but we are not experts, if the age is important to you, please do your own research. This is a great addition to a pennant, memorabilia or souvenir collection. These are becoming very popular for decorating kids rooms, cabins, family rooms, etc. Great gift for someone from Des Moines or moving there.

- Dimensions: 9.0 inches Long, (not including tassels). 4.0 inches Wide
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Condition considering its age. No fraying. The very end tip has been cut off, otherwise, it is very good for a pennant this old. All acceptable due to age/use/wear. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.
