1. Start by pouring water at room temperature into the boiler of the coffee maker and filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid obtaining a coffee that is too watery.
2. Now choose your favorite blend of ground coffee. Attention! The mixture must be ground specifically for the Moka, not too fine. Fill the funnel of the coffee machine generously, without pressing on the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to minimum and take your time; it is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the drip tray, turn off the heat.
4. The crucial moment: tasting. To best savor all the aromas released, it is recommended to drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
